Of course, figures will continue to change. "Net increase" takes into account (1). peeps who lost their inferior "insurance" coverage what was not up to snuff, who will be, or already have, replaced their "insurance" coverage with insurance coverage, most likely at the same or less cost, and (2) does not include peeps who got coverage thru their employer, or who were already insured and merely bought new coverage, for whatever reason.
