Ah, America's love affair with gunz...

An Army veteran shot and killed his wife at their Kentucky home — but he says the shooting was accidental.

Damien Lacambra fatally shot his wife, 21-year-old Amelia Lacambra, on Sunday afternoon in the St. Regis Park neighborhood of Louisville, reported WLKY-TV.

Police said the 22-year-old Lacambra, who appears to be wearing an Army sharpshooter badge in a Facebook photo, pointed the gun at his wife and pulled the trigger — but he said he wasn’t aware the gun was loaded.
